When I accepted items in my player trades, the items aren't showing properly in my inventory.
Here is a screenshot of my inventory.

As you can see, both of my special spice extractors' number are 0. and there are 2 white spaces there when they should be written "Empty".

I don't even know what items are inside the brackets. I've cleared my cache, but nothing happened. Can you please help me solve this problem?

To get rid of the used items in your Inventory, just click the trash can icon.

Do you know where all of these items came from? I see "Sylestia Admin" as the sender. Was your inventory full and then they were sent via Trade to you?

If so, my guess is that process isn't correctly marking items as "in trade" and is then allowing you to consume them before accepting them.

Is there nothing I can do to retrieve the items instead of get rid them?
They were expired items that I put in the trade broker a week ago.
My inventory is indeed full sometimes and when that happens, the items are automatically send to me via trade.

They're now gone because at some point they were consumed. So something is sending items to trade and not marking them as being in trade, which allows certain areas of the Site to consume them as if they were in your Inventory.
