So I managed to have two designs picked for the winter festival and the prize if your design is picked is 1 two vis theme from the current fest of our choosing. Since I had 2 designs picked do I get to pick 2 themed pets? And also do I just pm one of the admins with my choice?

Regardless of how many entries you had picked, you still only get one themed pet I Believe. The first time this was implemented (Summer Fest) it was based on the number of pets designed, but Fai decided to cap it to one otherwise some people would be getting 5 or six pets out of it.
At the end of the festival Fai will send out a mail thanking you for your design and will ask you what pet you would like. Then it will be put into your hatchery.
You can pick from any themed pet for the festival, be it zone, bakery or wheel themed.
