As some people in chat know, I tend to play at work when it's not busy. Unfortunately, if I forget to mute the speakers, once I start a battle I get blasted with battle music. It also happens at home sometimes; I listen to music almost constantly so when the battle music starts up automatically it's kind of annoying as it disrupts my normal music.

We have that mute button on the bottom of the battle screen, could that setting be saved to our accounts so we don't have to worry about changing the settings whenever we use a new computer or clear cookies?

Support. I log into Sylestia outside of home, and when the volume happened to be on that computer and I didn't mute the music it's kind of embarrassing haha.

You should never be embarrassed to play Sylestia!

I'll think about this. I try to make as few queries as possible to the DB and I figured a mute button was a great place for a session variable - especially in light of the lag this past week.

For the meantime though, I'd suggest muting your PC's sound if you're playing Sylestia in a place you shouldn't be.
