I had obtained a Decorated Silver Eggling prior to the end of the Esior raid event, and proceeded to obtain three more for participating in the event. Afterward, I collected the x3 DSE's from the trade box, went to my inventory, and noticed they hadn't stacked to the one I already had. So I selected the stack, went to place them on the former, and they just switched places. Now I have a stack of x1 and a stack of x3 because I cannot combine the two.

This should be fixed.
