I am just going to suggest a shop full of the stuff you can only get at certain times.

Like the Wheel Pets, the Monthly Avatar Items, and the stuff from the festivals.

Thing is, all of the inventory will be quite expensive in diamonds (with a discount during the time you usually get it, of course)

Wheel Pets? Maybe a Lucky dip for certain themes being maybe 5000 diamonds?

A certain wheel pet with 3 traits vis? maybe 15000

Monthly Avatar Items (no customs of course) say 2000 per item.

The discount would apply during the times you would be able to get it usually (like this Harvest Day fest) when the price would be dropped down to whatever the price is.

Feedback would be appreciated. Just don't scream my ear off.

Disagree rather strongly. It's a neat idea, but having a shop like that is a first step on the road to making this a 'pay to play' game, and one of the main draws to Sylestia currently is that anyone can play even if they don't have money to pour into it. A shop like this would give a huge advantage to those who do have money they can afford to put toward an online game, and while it wouldn't be to the extend of some other games, it would make it far easier for people with money to get all those things mentioned. And that's highly unfair to those who, say, for the Wheel pets, are relying on luck for the Wheel to be nice to them and not just saving up diamonds to buy one from this shop.

It would also, as stated, devalue the Wheel pets.

However, on the subject of Monthly items, it might be fun to have a shop that randomly restocked items from previous months. You would have to be fast to catch those items, though, and it would have be rare to find the really good stuff in the shop. And probably only one of each item when it would be there - so only one person would be able to buy it.

The Harvest Day Festival already does most of this.

You'll just only get this "shop" once a year.

-For monthly avatar items, it's the Black Friday sale. (You see it as Harvest Day Fest.)
Once every year, all the monthly items come back. This is a great opportunity already that I think will be a permanent thing, but it's only for one time a year.
So in a sense, this sale is "a shop full of the stuff you can only get at certain times."

-For old wheel pets, the admins have introduced the anniversary wheel, which gives players a chance to get an old wheel pet at random from the other fests with that ticket. It's not something you can pick and choose, but it's still a good opportunity.

Also, I would argue that this would be very diamond-heavy and benefit diamond users, feeling some gold-only users feeling left out. x: I see this holiday as already diamond-heavy aha.
