I have been searching the map for 2 hours. I cannot find the supplies. What do they look like and where are they located? I though the woman said that they were on the southwest island, but I've scoured every inch of that island, as well as the other two. Help please?

Alright, so I actually just figured this one out. Once you get off the dock, go until you see the first island - the one with the shrine. Go straight south starting from the eastern side of the island (the side opposite the dock). There is a much smaller island. I missed it while I was circling the lake several times. That's where I found the darker brown crate with the supplies.
