How you send Diamonds to anther player. I see some players taking offers of Diamonds on pets there trying to sell. So how do they make the trade?

You can't send diamonds directly to another player.
For example, you want to sell something worth 100 diamonds to me.
What you do is you (the person receiving the diamonds) sets up a trade in the exchange, selling 1g for 100 diamonds.
Then once you've set that up, I (the person paying the diamonds) will go to the exchange and buy 1g for 100 diamonds.
This methods works because no one would normally pay 100 diamonds to get 1 gold.
