Earlier today I was given a Wheel of Dreams ticket and a Lupora Ears as personal items through the trick or treat; however, when I went to check my inventory for them, I found they never appeared and cannot use them, as I effectively never got them.
Is this a problem only affecting me?

They should be sitting in your Trades.
