I just started a quest after Jinxie's and I forgot what to do next. Nothing has highlighted or anything so how do I know when my quest is done?

Go to Explore -> Quest Log. If there's nothing there, head to the hub in the area you're at (so, like Esior's Haven) and check the quest board.
