Yes you can, but please don't make another adoptable with this design. I know A LOT of people can make them much better looking, but it's just. I don't know what website/tool to use so I can draw it on the computer my self, or Tablet.

Oh, no worries, I had no plans to do that. This is just for me.
What you're doing is fine, don't worry! Traditional art is sometimes hard to come by now, and I admire those who know how to make the colors of their traditional work stand out. Anyhoo..
