How long does an egg take to turn into an adult?

When that little bar on your egg's page reaches 72/72.
1 point is added per hour, 5 nurture clicks will fill it up by 1 point as well.
Then 6 days of being a hatchling, nurture clicks will decrease the wait time, 5 per hour.
Then 18 days of being an adolescent, which can be shortened with the use of magical pies.
