I saw under one pet's status that it could not breed-- what does that mean and how did that status happen?
It said that it was genetically tested and mutated, if that helps...

@Vebee,
Is it an adult? Pet's have to be adults before they can breed.
Someone may have also used an exceptional RGB pet dye on it, which makes it unable to breed.

Using an Exceptional RGB Dye causes that pet to become unbreedable. Exceptional RGB Dyes ultimately allow you to alter a pet's colors to whatever you want, which is why they become unbreedable.
