Hey, I was wondering when can they breed?? When their Adults or Adolescents?? Also can a pet breed with another pet when it's in your active party?? :3

Pets can breed when they hit 27 days of age, which is when they mature into adults. Females have a breeding cooldown after every breeding (usually 3 days, but 7 days for fabled species.) And no, being in your party doesn't change breedability, as far as I'm aware c:

72 hours. or 3 days.
If it has nurtures, it'll hatch faster. =)
