i didn't see any other threads about this, and it is annoying the daylights out of me. xD;;; Every time i go to a new page or refresh, my Who's Online List of friends pops up and shows me that everyone's offline! |D (i think they truly are offline). That box keeps popping up in the way of things i'm trying to do, though, so.... is this just me?

Hm. I just checked all of the CC settings. I don't see anything that seems suspicious.

Can you try clearing your browser cache and seeing if that fixes it?

Do you have another tab/window open with our Site loaded and the online list popped up? If you did, then loading the page anywhere else will cause it to atuo pop up b/c CC is detecting that it's already popped up.

I don't know what else to suggest.

As we've said before, CC is a program package we purchased and integrated into our Site. Since I didn't develop it, it's super super hard to look at the code and attempt to fix anything.

It also seems like you're the only one having issues with this, which makes it even hard to diagnose. I also use Windows 7 and Chrome. But for me, everything works correctly in the 3 major browsers and that obviously isn't the case for a lot of users.

I guess my last suggestion is to disable any browser addons if you have any installed. And if that isn't the issue, then I guess you'll either have to not use CC or use another browser (or just manage with the issue).

i was somehow logged out and when i logged back in, the issue was gone.
