After a Bandit Raid just now I received two identical "Esior's Haven: Bandit Raid Defeated!" messages and two trades with two mission satchels apiece. I believe there should only be one each. The timestamp is identical on the two messages.

Yep. This happens sometimes with how the system is set up. Unfortunately, there isn't anything I can really do to fix it for the current system.
