maybe we should have rankings for players to make the game have some more competition. that would be really fun :)

I personally enjoy the fact that this isn't an overly competitive game, but don't forget there's always the arena endless goblin army! You can certainly try to get top scores for that. :D

We do plan on re-adding leaderboards/trophies down the road. Unfortunately, due to a lot of structural changes lately we had to disable the leaderboards.

When the Site's fully revamped and the new systems are released, we'll be able to add them back.

As before though, they won't be "in your face" leaderboards. They'll just be there for those who are interested in them. =)

These aren't going to be the kinda leaderboards which makes people too overly competitive, will it?

Erm...how to explain umm...on another website I play on, if you reach the top count in the leaderboards, you get rare items when the week ends and it make everyone very heavily heated and competitive and rather stingy torwards each other to the point it's almost hard to tell if you are really 'friends' or not or if you're just being nice to leech some good stuff off them...eeps...x_x"

No. We don't plan on adding actual rewards. Maybe at most we'd add a title? But that isn't planned at this time.
