Lolz sorry it's side ways XD
This is a really frustrating bug lolz it seems like it takes the box where the text is surpose to be. When I went to get my event trade the first thing I saw was that and the reward but the buttons I need to push to accept the trade was off the screen and I ended up having to refresh the page and quickly accept it. Lolz I don't know if it was just my other iPad or it was a bug but it doesn't happen to the one Im useing to type this. Also I did refresh a couple times to see if it will clear up but it didn't.

Unfortunately, Sylestia isn't built for mobile devices. While it works fine the vast majority of the time, there are so many various mobile devices that it's impossible to work 100% correctly with all of them.

So there is nothing that I can do to fix whatever may be causing your issue.

However, sometimes these types of things happen randomly for various reasons. Clearing your browser cache and making sure your device and its software (browser) are up to date can sometimes solve the issue.

Also, I honestly don't know if you can use other browsers with an iPad, but that would also be a possible solution.

Oh ok. So I could use the google chrome app then, if I'm having anymore problems. Or would it still be the same (not 100%) since its on an iPad??
