I have one of these and I do not understand what it does or who I can use it on. Does anyone know if any of my pets can have it used on them?

You can only use Lesser RGB Dyes on captured pets that have not already been mutated.

When viewing that pet's profile page, click the "Genetic Philter" button and select the Lesser RGB Pet Dye from the drop-down list.

Choose the color you wish to alter and then for the R, G, and B values, enter a number between -12 and 12. This will alter each value by the amount you enter.

So, for example, if your pet's Color One is... 243 005 007... and you want pure red. You can enter in 12 for R, -5 for G, and -7 for B. The result will yield 255 000 000.
