I looked at some other chat issues but they all seem different to me so I decided to make a new thread. Here's my problem: on the Who's online chat box it shows if one of your friends is online or not, but it doesn't work for one of my friends, only the one to. I'll get a print screen if you want one the computer is just being weird with the program I am using to do so.

What isn't working? They aren't listed or they don't appear online when they are online?

If they aren't listed, you have to add them as a Friend and then they have to accept it.

If they aren't appearing online, are they signing into Comet Chat? It is possible to be online and play the Site, but remain offline in Comet Chat. In order to turn on Comet Chat, they have to click the tab in the bottom right corner and change their status to online.
