I know someone who is stuck with something in battle. They disbanded their pets to put them in a better order. Only, when they try to command them it says the pet is too high level for them to command. Only the level 25 isn't too high, but they can't get the others into their party for some reason. Please help!

Thanks. I have increased their user level to the appropriate level.
I am trying to figure out what's causing the issue as well.

I have the exact same problem, my user level is 29 but my pets level is 31!
my user number is ID3138 and the profile name is Coolkiwi if you can help that would be lovely, thank you!

thanks for the fix! I think it may have occurred because I used an experience orb to level up my starter

This happened twice to me today and I fixed it on my own.
Here is my thought on the issue.
Both times it happened, I was in those epic battles in the garden of magnates and my pets were killed. Now they killed enough enemies before they died to level up but were dead by the end of battle when the points were awarded. I stayed level 39 and they went up to 40. This happened in two isolated incidents. After the first time, I came a read the forums so when it happened again, I had an idea of what might be going on.
So I had one more pet on level 39 so I took her into some easy battles and leveled her up without her dying, now she is level 40 and so am I.
So I am thinking the issue might be because the pet is dead when it levels up?
Just my observation!

Yep. User Levels were not being increased if your pets leveled after losing a battle. Thank you for the information!
This has now been fixed and should no longer be an issue.
Combined with the other fix I made a few days ago, hopefully User Levels are now working 100% correctly.
If anyone's User Level is too low, please let me know and I can adjust it for you.
