I can read what the difference is between the Focused Attack and the Quick Attack, but...
Isn't the Focused Attack better? In what situations would you use Quick Attack and what exactly does it do?

Quick Attack increases your quickness, and your quickness determines... well avoidance chance at least. I think it may determine attack order as well but I haven't payed very close attention.
Anyway it is mostly used to avoid certain boss moves in the arena.
