Her name is Alira the Forsaken, she leads my level 50 arena team.

Personality wise I imagine her to be stoical, cold, withdrawn and capable of holding a grudge for a very long time. She is said to lack empathy and be slightly sadistic.
She is also very intelligent and a capable strategist.

She doesn't talk about her past.
