I gave the arena a try with my new team, made it past all the 25 opponents and I don't know how many waves of endless, but never got any marks for endless mode.
update checked again: fire eyes, stonewing Kimeira, Oogar and Malgron marks are currently being added. Not entirely sure about Oogar.
level 25 endless marks are not for some reason.
