SO I guess how do I fee them for thier diamond bid i'm kinda confusted.

You want to search out the "Trade" tab at the top of the bar and then go to "Exchange".
This will bring you to "Currency Exchange".
Once there, above the "create offer" button, switch diamonds to gold and then above that set 1g into the first type in box, the second type in box you type in the amount of diamonds owed to you and then you hit "create offer". The person who owes you diamonds can then accept the exchange.
