In the kingdom of Relkinshire there once lived a King ,Queen and their children.
Alas it was not to last as the king went missing one day in a battle over nineteen years ago .On that day the Queen gave birth to a baby girl ,Oh how the queen despised that child when she found out her husband wasn't coming home. The Queen having nobody to blame for the disappearance blamed the child calling it a 'demon' and a 'curse' ,so one day the Queen decided to lock this child in the west wing of the castle not wanting it to be anywhere near her or the rest of her children. But although the queen locked her up she did still care (if only a little ) for her daughter and would send tutors and servants into the west wing to take care of the child's needs and education.

It is nineteen years since both the disappearance of the king and the birth of the child, and a war has started among the neighboring kingdoms. The neighboring kingdoms pleaded to the Queen to let their young princes and princesses stay in her castle until the fighting was over, and the Queen agreed. The Royals from the other kingdom arrive to the castle and were all given accommodations to sleep and house their things in.They are told that there would be a masquerade ball the night after they arrive (This is where we will start) and the Queen also stated that all her children would be attending (Including the girl) and it was not to celebrate anything but to instead take ones mind off of everything.

After the masquerade ball everything is normal .The royals are aloud to roam the castle and maybe even the town if accompanied by a guard but with one difference ,The Queen is allowing the girl out of the west wing.
