Under the 'account' tab, go to wardrobe.
Any clothing you own will come under either 'clothing' or 'items' at the bottom under the preview avatar. Clothing can be bought from this page with either diamonds or AP. Items are found while exploring or bought by other means (for example the trade broker).
To put something on, just click on the item in this area.
Once you are done, click on 'save loaded outfit'.
