I tried to heal my Party Pets with the Healer in Viridian Meadows, and while the Gold Transition went through, My pets weren't healed!

Hm. That's odd... There really is no reason for that to happen, but it's possible something just glitched I guess.

What was the cost? I can just refund the gold to you.

Same thing just happened to me with the healer in Saerelle...

Gold deducted, but no healing.

Did you have your pets in your Party when you healed?

And I reset your Healing Cooldown so that you may try again.

Yes, both Elune and Belladonna were in party, only one was dangerously low on health (Elune).

Shame the assumption is that I'm too dumb to avoid such an obvious error....

Well, you would be surprised how often simple things are overlooked. No need to be testy.

What browser and operating system are you using? Is anything happening when you do this? LIke, does the page hang, do you accidently hit back, etc?

This seems to be an isolated issue with a handful of players, so there has to be something causing the issue.

Please let me know in as much detail as you can.
