After the raid I got 2 messages and 2 trades 4 seconds apart. I accepted the trades before I realized that I had gotten two for the same raid, but I haven't opened them yet.
I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but partway in I went to Saerielle to heal, then came back to Esior.

It's a known issue, but can't really be resolved at this time.
But thank you for reporting it.

And I just noticed that there was another thread about it that I didn't notice when I looked through.

It was the bandit raid on Esior's Haven that happened just before I posted.
