how do i breed? do my sylesties need to be a certain level, or not? i mean two of my own sylesties, not mine and another players.

Your Sylestis need to be Adults. It seems none of them are at the moment, so you'll either need to buy/find some adults or just wait for them to grow. To breed them you go to the Breeding Grounds (Generator >> Breeding Grounds).
