I am having trouble getting there what I mean is everytime I click on the word eisor haven it takes my to the field place I am trying to get in the town to heal my pets

This happens when there is a dynamic event happening in Esior's Haven. The town must be defended before it can be accessed.
You can track these events in the yellow banner at the top of the page on the old layout - it's only visible if there is a dynamic event active.
