Ok so I'm really sorry but I really just need to rant and have a hissy fit. >_<
Despite me being only 14 years old, (Almost 15 now!) I have all the necessary permits that allow me to have a job. I've worked at this large, very high up stables for a very long time, It started small, going from "I'll fix that fence for you if you give me a Riding Lesson," to "Hey Chi How's about you take on Co-Managing the Employees Barn?" This Barn has a total of 100 stalls, all of which house a Horse owned by someone who works at the stables, and because a lot of them can drop in and take care of their Horse in less than 15 minutes, Not a lot of manual labor has to go into it beside feed and turn out, and maybe mucking out 10, 15 stalls a week.
And because of that reason, After I finished up all the work needed there today, I went to find somewhere else that could use an extra pair of hands. Today it ended up being in the "Front-desk" kinda area. (The entire front of the property is gated off, This building though is for people to come in and get what needs to be done without having to pass security.)
Well, I was sitting there sorting through files and making sure everything was correctly labeled, and answering the phone every now and then, when a Girl from a few grades ahead of me that I recognize from school comes sauntering in, wearing these RIDICULOUS heels that I'm cringing from just thinking about. >-<;
She goes, "I need a job." I respond with, "I don't believe we're hiring right now, but If you leave your resume I'll make sure it gets looked at." At that point, she recognizes me and sneers. "If you could get a job here, how hard could it be? Besides, I don't even plan on WORKING, I just need to be paid so my parents stop yelling at me." Annd at that point I have to remind myself that I'm working, and I don't really want marks on my record for breaking her nose. -_-
So after an INSANE amount of time in which she degrades me and insists we have to pay her for nothing, I tell her, "Look, I'll call up my Boss, and she can decide what happens from here." So after more wasted time, She's having a hissy fit because we won't hire her, and then storms off. And proceeds to break a heal tripping over a pile of Dung that I really have no idea why it was there considering horses are almost never on that side of the gate. And then she proceeds to shriek cusses at everyone around so that Boss had to come down and have security call her parents to get her off the property. o-e
Boss then tells me that she doesn't trust me not to break anyone and that I should go home and destroy a punching bag. (Which I did, but I still feel really bad and angry and I really just needed to rant.)
