I hope that the cap level will become 700
and the party max, could be 7

The cap should be lvl500 (it's projected to be, as seen in the proficiency tree).
It's just capped right now because the game/main storyline hasn't been opened up to that point.
As for the max party, I'm not sure how many that will be, but I'm sure Krin has ample plans for that. c:
