I tried to mate two Nytekries together but they refused to mate. Why is this? I heard that pets won't if they are related, but in this case one was captured and one was bred.

Is the bred one related to the captured one (is the captured the Father or Mother of the bred one)? Or~ if it was the Nytekrie with the stardust carry, it was starving (I fed it for you). I don't think they'll breed if they're starving. :)

Correct, Sylesti will not breed if they are starving, and wasting away. :(
