I have a friend who took a hiatus and started after I did, but when this friend tried to do 'Forgot Password' it said that the account no longer existed. I tried looking up their username and nothing came up. Was their account deleted somehow? o3o

Accounts are never deleted. The only thing that would cause this would be that if the email address is not registered to any account.

In other words, make sure they are submitting the correct email address.
