The objective of this game is to visit the Generator and create a 3-Visible Plant Pet of your choice based off of a Plant that you see in Real Life!


Rules

1. Go outside and take a picture of a Plant that you like. It could be a flower, an herb, any sort of plant. Your pet must be based on the plant you found and took a picture of.

2. Visit the Generator and design your dream 3-Visible Plant Pet based on the picture you took. After you're done, come back and post your Pet in this thread.
Note: you are not actually generating the pet.

3. When posting your Pet, you must also include a picture you took of the plant you are basing your Pet off of. If you fail to include this in your post, your entry WILL NOT QUALIFY.

4. Please post ONLY ONE image. You may use any species.

Note: This includes posting both Male and Female versions; you must pick the one that you want!

5. Your Pet MUST HAVE EXACTLY 3-VISIBLE TRAITS. A Trait counts as either a Gene or a Mutation. It cannot have any Carried Traits. Restricted Traits are NOT allowed.

6. Please check the Spring Festival Overview Thread for the listed End Time for Forum Games. Any entries posted after this time will not qualify.

Plantain Lily Ryori (Hosta)






My mom has had Plantain Lilies in her garden (Hostas as she always more commonly called them by) since i was a little kid. Though neither of us have had a green thumb they've always grown there and have been super strong. I knew I had to use this as my inspiration. (PLEASE LET THE PHOTO LINK NOT BE BROKEN FOR ONCE).

Colors based on the birds of paradise flowers. I really love their gradient beaks!

Hesper Aloe Lighira

I snapped a photo of one of my mom's plants called Hesper aloe. (Red Yucca plant) I really like how the petal colors contrasts with all of the other greenery.

Nicknaming it, Wild Flower Garden

I was originally planning to use the bird of paradise flower, but after seeing someone else do it (executed much nicer than I would've done, I must say), I decided to do something else and took a walk. On my walk, I found this lovely pink and purple/blue plant, and immediately knew it was THE ONE!!

I have some nightshade plants growing in my yard and I thought the flowers would make good inspiration for a Ryori - both pretty and matching thematically! (This might inspire me to work on a Nightshade Blossom Ryori theme idea...)
