Chapter 1

Dark omen

As Passionholder raced through the woods,knowing that an enemy had been scented there,she thought about the choices that led her to this moment. My first battle as a fighter! Passionholder was a Puffadore from the Light tribe. There were 8 tribes, Light, Shadow, Storm, Leaf, Wind, Fire, Water, and one tribe that has not been seen for centuries, Silent tribe. As she she thought what her career as a fighter would be like, she felt her self run into her friend's tail. "What's the hold up?" she asked. "Shhh! I think I see one!", they raced to the border of the Shadow tribe and sniffed the air.

"They are still h-" before Passionholder could finish her sentence a massive creature jumped on her. "DIE YOU MERCILESS PIECE OF SCRAP!" her attacker shouted. "Sunfinder help!" Passionholder shouted. She scrambled up to see who her attacker was, a beaten-down skinny Shadow Draeyl. I could take her, Passionholder thought. Before she could make a move, the Draeyl leaped to Passionholder only to be knocked out by Sunfinder. The Draeyl ,unconscious, lied on the ground. "Oh my gosh, I just killed someone!" Sunfinder said, digging his claws in the ground with fear. "Oh please, she's not dead." Passionholder couldn't completely belive her words, by the looks of it, the Draeyl seemed she would have died in a few days without the proper needs she should have had. "Well what should we do with her?" they couldn't just leave here there, plus, they would need to know why she was tried to murder them out of nowhere. "Should we take her bake to the Light hollow?" Sunfinder said. "Sure." Passionholder agreed. As they walked to camp she thought about of brave it was of Sunfinder to save her like that. Sunfinder was a Vlunx who tended to be shy around other sylesties she was her best friend and a loyal Fighter. As they got back to the hollow, she heard the other Light sylesties chatting.

As they entered the hollow, the sylesties gave them horrified looks as they walked by. The Light leader jumped from her rock and padded to them. "What is the meaning of this?" the Lupora said, her voice was stern. "We were attacked by this Shadow Draeyl." Passionholder said, trying to not let her voice break. The Shadow Draeyl moaned and blinked her eyes open "Where am I?". The leader stepped forward "Brightshine, take her to healing den.". As the healer padded up to her, then the Shadow Draeyl shot a sharp glance at her. The healer jumped back, as if she was struck from a Fighter's blow. Murmurs rose from the sylesties "What is Goldenlight thinking, letting that THING into our hollow and treating it?", "Mabye she finally lost it after Daywatcher was banished". Daywatcher was our main healer, Brightshine was her apprentice, and she was Goldenlight's younger half sister, she was banished after being caught mateing with a Shadow tribe Zolnixi, and they found out she was part Shadow tribe.

As the minites go by everyone was waiting outside the leader's den. Then the healer came out of the healer's den. "Where is Goldenlight?" she said, as if she just found out something so signficant. She raced toward the Leader's den, but right before she went in, she said, "Passionholder and Sunfinder, come in.". As they padded up, she wandered if she was going to get in trouble for bringing the Draeyl into the camp. "Goldenlight, the uh... Shadow Draeyl, seems to be... dead, and I have reasived an omen form the Mystic Tribe." the healer said. The Mystic Tribe are the ancestors of the Tribes, they watch over the Tribes, and when a sylestie dies they go to the Mystic tribe. Passionholder was filled with sorrow, most for her friend, he was the one the attackted the Draeyl, he must be filled with guilt. "Well, we will bury her tomorrow.", Passionholder barely noticed how dark it was already. As everyone left to thier dens, Sunfnder rushed to Passionholder, "We have to bring her back to life!". "What?!" Passionholder had no clue that it was possible, what was Sunstar planning to do? Sunfinder explained that " I heard rumers that the Silent tribe still is alive! And they can bring people back to life!". "Look I know you feel guilty about possibly killing her," Passionholder said, as Sunfinder looked down at his paws, as if judgeing himself. "But we can't just wander into the deep woods hopeing to find a tribe that is lost."

"Then I'll find it myself." Sunfinder said, as he padded to the entrance. "Well I can't just let you go alone!" ,Passionholder shouted. As they raced through the woods carrying the body with them, they lost the scent off the the tribes they knew, and a new scent hit them. The scent of the Silent Tribe, Passionholder thought. As they slowed, they took in their surroundings, they realized this was not the forest they knew. It was dark, and seemed as though death was in every shadow. Right when they past a giant Sequoia tree, a twig cracked, and something slid from underneath them pulling them up in a vine net. "AHHHH!" screamed Sunfinder, as he struggled inside. "Who are they?" whispered a voice beneath them. All Passionholder could do was wait.

Capter 2

Broken trust





As the net was dragged, Passionholder saw lights through the holes in the vines. "Almost there." whispered a voice. "Secrets are seen of terrible mistakes" whispered a different voice. "The sand is falling, and fate is riseing." whispered another. "How much more riddles?" said Sunfinder. " Hush, little one. Your life of light will come, once you realize the truth." whispered the first voice. Finally they stopped, and the vines were untied. "Welcome to the Tree of Silence." as they looked around, Sunfinder asked, "Why did you trap us?" . A black and teal Zolnixi said " We needed to make sure you were not going to attack us, after many have tried to find out where we live and...", She gestured to the many corpses a little beyond the entrance. Right when Passioholder was about to ask a question, a dark greenish-blueish Ferriki ran up to them. " Someone saw her again, and said she left a trail of diamonds!" . "Who?" Passionholder said, as the Ferriki looked at the newcomers. "Who are they?" the Ferriki asked "They are visitors, Glowwatcher." the Zolnixi said. As the Ferriki left, Passionholder asked " Can you...uh... heal this Draeyl for us?". The Zolnixi looked down at the Draeyl, "Oh of course, come with me to my den." she said as she rushed to a cave-like rock formation. As they dragged the Draeyl to the cave, Passionholder noticed the Zolnixi piked a blue glowing flower and went in the cave.

The inside of the cave was filled with glowing blue crystals, and beautiful glowing blue flowers. "Whoa." said Sunfinder. As the Zolnixi was sorting through some beautiful flowers, Passionholder asked "so, what is your name?", "Shattereddream" the Zolnixi replied. Passionholder could guess that Shattereddream was the healer of the Silent Tribe. "Arouraseer!" Shatterddream called. A small Zolnixi, came through the entrance, "Yes?" she said. "Tell Moonsilence that we have visitors.", Arouraseer glanced at the newcomers and then scurried off. Shattereddream seems like she has something on her mind, Passionholder thought, and almost as if Shattereddream heard her thoughts, she said, "So what tribe are you all in?". "Me and Sunfinder are in the Light Tribe, but that Draeyl is in the Shadow tribe." Passionholder said. Suddenly, the Zolnixi stopped, "What?", she said.

"Are you ok?" Passionholder asked, confused. "You... you're... a." ,the Zolnixi looked like she was about to faint. "What?" Sunfinder said, a little agressive. "Do you...know?" she said, "Know what?" Passionfinder said. "You must know the TRUTH about your Tribe. 2 thousand years ago their was a Zolnixi named Dieingblood, who was leader of the Blood Tribe. They formed an allience with the Light tribe, because they both had something in commen. They both had greed. They Blood Tribe told the Light Tribe to take over the Silent Tribe, because of our power to see the future. The day the battle happened they out numbered the Silent tribe, and killed almost all of them, if it weren't for the Wind Tribe. They protected us, but they still couldn't win. When all seemed lost, our healer saved us, Visionkeeper. She was a Draeyl with eyes brighter than the full moon. She was part Silence and Wind. She used all her power, died in the process, and trapped Dieingblood in a crystal. Right before she died she gave birth to three eggs, that were soon lost, but the prophecy was not lost.

The Sun will rise and soon will fall, the Moon will glide through the sky, and the Stars will shine bright at night, Passion of the Mind that Shattered in the Shadows, With Dieing screams, will fight on the Darkest Night. And Visions and Hope will fill the air once again.
Some believe that they eggs died, but some believe that they were taken in by other Tribes." the Zolnixi said, as if she were telling newborn Sylesties that they have no family.
