I know I may sound a little slow asking this, but how do you from battles? Can you even run? Having to sit there while your team slowly dies and not being able to do anything about it isn't the greatest feeling:'(

running calculation is, I believe, based on your lowest speed in your party vs the enemy

What pets are in your party?

Maisey and Svati, should be the first two in my stables! I'm just confused because there's not even like a button or anything, not that I can find at least

I sent over some gear which should help you
Maisey as the shadow pet should be slot 1 with Illusionist gear
Svati being light healer should be, uh, not slot 1, with Evoker gear or Illusionist gear* (so just swap Maisey's legendary evoker bracelet onto Svarti.
All the uncommon gear is, how to say, uhhhh, trash garbage, in terms of usefulness

(*Depending on if you want more Dex or more Agi focus on the pet- Dex boosting accuracy and crit chance, meaning higher chance of Beam, and once you hit lv30, fairy light, to do critical damage and thus do a critical heal, while Agi boosts evasiveness and defence, which I suppose is more likely to be needed on a low level shadow tank team, since shadow can't Taunt to force attackers to focus it until much later levels? I dunno, I run earth tank primarily and earth's all about taunting from the start so I don't know how much a shadow tank's light might need the evasion and def bolster)

What area of the map are you in? Given your pet's levels, you should be in Umbra Forest somewhere I believe? If you are, your first order of buisiness should be to get your third pet slot unlocked at the Sanctuary of Saerielle town plaza- Umbra forest was designed with a three-party team in mind.
Once you've done that, adding an attacker to your team (Khepri as a fire attacker, I assume, going by your stables. Fire uses Evoker gear)

I actually do have Maisey in the first slot, I just accidentally swapped them during a battle and forgot to change them, also speaking of things I forgot - Svati's armour, I was gonna upgrade it and then kinda just didn't, that's why her equips are just trash:'-D

don't forget to assign Maisey's lv30 prof point! (can't help with that, probably agi? I don't run shadow taaaaank)

at lv30, the best easy-to-get gear's the lv25 legendary gear, since it's obtainable from lv25 very hard mission satchels from esior's haven, so it's typically pretty easy to find stuff on the broker, and generally fairly cheap.
Lv30 legendary and epic is better, but much, much harder to get your hands on, since basically the only way to get it is fighting seasonal festival bosses with a team between levels 30 and 34 (which most people don't do since you get more reward rolls with a lv60+ team), and lv26 sanctuary of saerielle town hall gear's up there with it, but you need to have filled the alliance/reputation bar with SoS and it's not tradeable.
Look to replace anything that is under lv25+epic

at lv50 up to 59, you move up to lv50 legendary gear (again, it's the easiest to get good+cheap gear, since it's available from SoS lv50 very hard mission satchels)
lv50 mythical gear's better technically, but it's a very rare drop from the umbra forest dungeon bosses, so it's a pain to get (the best possible stuff is the Ancient Relics, but those have more requirements to even activate them as an Extremely Rare drop in the final boss of that dungeon's loot table)

lv60+ you move strictly to lost grove gear- non-lg equips just fall behind immediately, so even lv75 legendary non-lg gear isn't generally the better option
