Selling sylestis to other players is tricky. Publicly listing them and putting a post in the sales forum is about as much as you can do.
If your reason for wanting to sell more sylesti is gold, missions and combat are way more reliable. And if your reason is needing to free up stable space, consider releasing for pets that aren't selling.
