I can't figure out how to complete this quest! It says while exploring, use the Capture ability to attempt to capture a Sylesti? I'm confused.

Just keep exploring! Eventually you will end up capturing a new Sylesti!

I know that you posted this thread two months ago, but it didn't seem like you got much help. Are you still having trouble capturing Sylesties?
