It doesn't have a cotton candy title though. Is it because it was too long ago? I forget what has been said about this.

Correct. A system for tracking themed pets wasn't in place until the Summer Festival. There isn't anyway I can go back before that and figure out which pets are themed and which aren't. So unfortunately, they will never be tagged as themed.
