While i was finishing the Give any Gift as Trick or Treat Host 100 / 100, i gave the four regular Regular Puffadore Essence as gifts yet it's still showing in my inventory.

Yea. The current inventory system does this sometimes.
You should be able to use the trash can icon to get them out of your inventory. That runs a script to check for 'deleted' items and removes them.
If that still doesn't work, let me know and I can take a closer look.
