As header states I have been on One hundred percent for some time it wont tick over to go to next rank (currently rank 3) and the progress bar is not fully green. There is a sliver of white at the end of the bar.Im waiting to get this rank 4 Thorncoat (2.) move so I can progress in the Lost Grove and battle the Crystaline Bohemoth Worm The percentage reads 100%

Just checked again, Sliver of white at end of bar bar is slowly getting thinner over time its barely visible now. Is It that you need more than 100% to complete the bar?

Calypso Party just completed bar but it was at 100% for some time it is now rank 4. Not sure if this was intended But it seemed like I completed the bar at more than 100% It stayed on 100% for a long time as I said. I believe I may have completed another 3-5 % extra

If you look at the percentage on the pet, it rounds up. It's best to look at the percentage when you are in battle. You'll see that it's actually at 99.something.

I was looking at the profficiencies page where all the skills are.

Ahh okay .....not sure how to check on those things during battle Im sure ill figure it out.

I believe on the pc you just have to put your mouse over the skill button you would click on for the attack. It's a bit trickier to see it on mobile, but same spot.

Yes, as Faeyla said you can hover your mouse over the move on PC or long tap the move on mobile and both should bring up the moves info, as well as how far it is in ranking.
