For some reason, I have pets in my hatchery that are not lvl 0? For example this one

I have never put them in my party before so why are they not lvl 0?

Pets inherit some XP from their parents, and her parents both have a couple levels.

Is the level of the pet between its parents like stats? Like if both parents are lvl 20 and 25 is it going to be lvl 21, 22, 23, or 24?

I don't exactly understand how it's calculated, but I think the highest level I've seen so far was like... 7? So I don't think so, it's just a couple levels, not calculated between the levels of the parents

Oh, that makes sense. The highest level Ive seen in my hatchery is 7 too.
