when i visit estors haven, i get a picture of an explore page, when i have already complete that section. this should not be happening.http://

It sounds to me like a raid was going on!
Sometimes enemies will "raid" places (e.g. towns), and you won't be able to properly access them until the raid is over. You can tell a raid is happening from an orange/yellow bar across the top of the screen that will say something like "bandits are attacking Esior's Haven!"
If you try to access somewhere while it's being raided the explore window will pop up, even if it doesn't normally.
