I have a question about how hidden/carried genes work with breeding. If a pet has not been genetically tested, can the hidden genes still be passed on or will it be like they don't exist?

The hidden genes can be passed on. :) You just...won't know unless it shows or you get them tested. XD

Since this seems to be a thread about breeding, how do you breed pets?

If you have two adult pets of the same species and different genders, go to the generator page and select the breeding grounds. Then select the pets you want to breed, and then click "breed pair."
Only adult pets can breed; you can't breed hatchlings or adolescents. You also can't breed pets that share one or both parents together.
