Have base stats all 70 or higher (before level!)
Be no higher level than 30
Be no more expensive than 150k gold! I'd rather go around 80k, especially if they're muddy palettes or not maxstat

Themed or not
Fertility
Wild stats (they help boost the pets base stats, but regardless the pet must still reach the baseline 70)
