I pretty much get what it is I just wanna know what's the purpose/where does it come from

Most titles are obtained by completing festival tasks or participating in official forum games and events. Usually these titles are added directly to your account, but some of them are dropped into your inventory as tradable title scrolls. There's a section for title scrolls on the broker under "Consumables." I think you can also collect titles by playing through the main storyline.

In my opinion, the purpose of a title is just for fun, or to indicate to others that you've earned a certain achievement on Sylestia :)
