Was talking in Region Chat and realized how handy it would be to have some way to de-level pets!

How it'd work
It probably would work best as like a scale shop philter, like a philter of learning or unlearning, but instead would either lower a pet's level or completely reset it. This would be super helpful for those that are trying to make teams at a set level (for things like fest, leaderboards, maws, etc.) but accidently go over level.

Possible issues?
Player level should be no problem, equipment could maybe just get auto-put into inventory? If someone doesn't have enough room in their equipment inventory, a simple error message saying they need room should hopefully work fine. The only real main issue would be the skill ranking, although if it sets the pet to level 0, you could simply have it also completely reset their ranking. Of course, that's if the coding of things will allow that in the first place ^^'

This would definitely need a big 'ol warning before activating letting the player know it is non-reversible, equipment will be sent to inventory, and all ranking will be re-set

it could just give a message that the pet has equipment that has to be removed before the philter can be used?

I don't think a pet having ranks would necessarily cause any issue- any pet of any level can get attack ranks after all, it's just a lot harder with lower level ones given the levels of enemies you need to fight to get those ranks


Either/and on a full to-0 reset or a roll-back-1, both could be useful maybe.
Having a roll-back-1 one would possibly help more people since people could just do that if they accidentally went overlevel on a boardteam trainee

overall, it's a nice enough idea so I can get behind it for those times when I personally HAVE accidentally forgotten to unlearning a board team pet I've just been raising to lv30 and had to try a Krin Summoning Spell to fix it
