The air is crisp and the sky is clear as students gather in front of one of the arenas on the UA campus for the entrance exams. Since incidents in years past all students who pass the exam today will live in the dorms provided on campus. For most students the entrance exam is just a formality to get into one of the other programs the school provides but for those who dream of being in the hero course this is the first stepping stone to fulfilling their dreams. as you approach the arena you see a small table where some senior students are sitting collecting forms from the students.....

These can be interreacted with / controlled by any player keep it to one player at a time as far as movements and thigs go so the storyline can make the most since and be sure to maintain the NPC's general personality

He can Freeze time momentarily though he cannot rewind time or move it forward and is activated when he snaps his bare fingers together (he wears gloves on the normal). after using his quirk he has a limited time before he will pass out and be in a deep sleep equivalent to the time in which he stopped multiplied by three (stop time 1 min = 3min nap time)

He has a rather bland personality (like Izowa). He is an avid smoker and loves napping, though he does care about his students he is not much of a class work kind of guy so he does a lot of hands on assignments in groups she he can nap during the class time.

her quirk allows her the transmit vocal sound waves that interfere with the recipients normal brain waves, depending on pitch, tone ,and Hrz she can cause different outcomes ranging from memory loss, hallucinations and in very particular cases paralysis. However it does have its draw backs as the sounds that echo in her own skull cause painful headaches and can cause her to black out if she goes to far. she can also cause others to relive memories by touch and sound

Nara is kind and loyal And has all the qualities of a sweet puppy, but she works well in tight situations, as she doesn't tend to freak out and keeps a level head. She is cunning, but makes rash decisions if she is emotionally involved in the situation. She is clingy especially if she is frightened, though that's not surprising considering how much of a cuddle bug she is. Her Nickname is Kiki. Nara is the 4th oldest of 13 children. She has lived in Europe for most of her life with her father Natsu Kiroki and her mother, Clara Kiroki and her 12 siblings, Hedy(25),Akari(22),Tobias(20),Kuro(15),Conrad , Nikolaus, and Miles (10), Mika(7),Aito(5),Ichigo(4), and Odella and Adeline(2). Aside from the busy and full house Nara has been a normal child even though she was picked on when she was little for her quirk, though after an incident in her youth most of the children her age were frightened of her. ( his quirk allows him to transform his entire body into a dragon like creature, However depending how much moisture is around determines the size and strength of the transformation. More water more size and power and less water and you get a little lizard boy. Also there is an override where Nero can push his quirk out of its bounds called and Over Heat. This is where he has used the available moister past its limit and it begins to use his own blood, not only is it detrimental to his health, but it also puts his mind in a state of panic where he cannot differentiate friend and foe and will attack anyone and anything

Nero is quiet when he is uncomfortable, but as he opens up he can be rather loud and a big goof ball. He is a sweetheart and doesn't ever hurt anyone intentionally, however he has quite the temper(especially when food is involved). Over all he is a big clumsy goof. He grew up in the mountains with his uncle, he knows nothing about his parents, like absolutely nothing. He had dreams when he was little to become a detective and find out more about them, but when he was 15 or so his uncle (who was a pro hero) got hurt and needed someone to care for him. As he cared for his uncle the more a Ed more Nero thought that being a hero could lead him to answers as well, and he would be able to help kids like him along the way.
