if i do the very hard mission (double agent) and my pets intelligence is 350, will i be able to succeed?

I think it may be possible, but rather unlikely? The pet I always send out has 800+.

I suggest you buy a cheap pet that is at least level 60, because while you cannot use it in battles, you can still spend the proficiency points in one stat only and will have a higher stat that way and can send it out for missions. I think even without gear pets at that level can usually succeed the very hard Esior's Haven missions.

honestly, for a lv25 very hard mission, 350 is probably fine? I'm not sure if it'd pull Exceptional completion every time (which is obviously preferable since that gets double reward output), but I'd expect it'd probably at the least typically draw Satisfactory (base output), and be surprised if it pulled Poor completion (half rewards). Definitely high enough that it wouldn't get a Fail, I think
